Prepare and process ingredients using both hand tools and electric devices. Operate kitchen equipment like deep fryers, grills, ovens, and dispensers to cook meals. Arrange, package, and present food for dine-in and takeaway orders. Prepare hot drinks, including various coffee and tea specialties. Restock fridges and salad stations, logging food amounts as needed. Clean and prepare fresh fruits and vegetables. Sanitize work surfaces, storage spaces, and appliances. Dispose of waste and sanitize kitchen trash receptacles. Maintain clean kitchen floors with sweeping and mopping, and support other kitchen personnel in their tasks.
