Prepare and cook full meals or individual dishes and foods. Accommodate customers with food allergies or intolerances by preparing specialized dishes. Plan menus, assess portion sizes, estimate food requirements and costs, and oversee supply monitoring and ordering. Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards. Provide training to staff on food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling practices. Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to maintain a smooth operation. Manage overall kitchen operations efficiently.
