Customer service assistant

Provide training and supervision to staff members. Respond to written and oral inquiries from various sources. Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other promotional materials. Develop and coordinate workshops, meetings, ceremonies, and other events aimed at publicizing, fundraising, and disseminating information. Handle customers' complaints or concerns effectively. Maintain accurate records and compile relevant statistics. Perform general office tasks as required. Process payments received. Maintain and oversee digital database management. Address clients' inquiries promptly and provide them with necessary information.
