Food service supervisor

Develop effective strategies to adhere to work schedules efficiently. Supervise and coordinate the tasks of food preparation and portioning among staff. Provide comprehensive training to staff on their job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures. Estimate ingredient and supply requirements and place orders accordingly. Recruit and hire food service staff as needed. Keep detailed records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and wastage. Prepare and submit reports as required. Establish and maintain work schedules for employees.
