Regularly inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Train kitchen staff and helpers in food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and proper food handling and storage practices. Order and manage supplies and equipment, ensuring timely procurement and availability of necessary items. Supervise and manage kitchen staff, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations. Maintain accurate inventory records and manage food, supplies, and equipment to prevent shortages or excess. Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years On site: Work must be completed at the physical location.
