Food Service Supervisor

Develop and implement strategies to effectively meet work schedules, ensuring that tasks and meal preparations are completed on time. Train staff on their specific job duties, as well as on sanitation and safety procedures, to maintain high standards of hygiene and operational efficiency. Estimate the quantities of ingredients and supplies needed for meal preparation, ensuring adequate stock without excess. Recruit and hire food service staff, selecting qualified candidates who will contribute to the success of the team and operations. Prepare budgets and cost estimates, managing financial resources to control costs and maximize efficiency. Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and a positive experience.
