Food Service Supervisor

Recruit and train food service staff in job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols Create and oversee staff work schedules Manage and coordinate staff activities for food preparation and portioning Calculate the ingredients and supplies needed for meal production Verify that food quality and service standards are consistently met Prepare order summaries for the chef based on meal requirements Oversee and inspect tray assembly for accuracy and presentation Keep detailed records of inventory, maintenance, sales, and waste Languages: English Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years On site: Work must be completed at the physical location.
