Requisition necessary food items and kitchen supplies. Estimate the quantities of ingredients and supplies needed for meal preparation. Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in preparing and portioning food. Train team members on job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety procedures. Oversee and verify the assembly of trays to ensure accuracy and presentation standards. Monitor food quality and service to ensure they meet established control standards. Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly. Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and wastage.
