Job Description: Food Service Supervisor Employer: Agom Holding’s Corporation O/A Subway Location: #2,131 Aspen Drive, Sparwood, BC, V0B 2G0 Workplace information: On site (work must be completed at the physical location; no remote work option) Salary: $21.00 hourly Hours: 35 hours per week Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time Start date: As soon as possible Vacancies: 2 Job Overview: Language Requirement: • English Education / Experience: • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience Responsibilities and Duties: • Manage and organize the employees engaged in preparation and portion of food. • Regularly check food supplies and make sure new stock is ordered on time. • Prepares work schedules and evaluates work performance of employees. • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, daily sales, equipment issues, and food waste. • Provide training to employees on food hygiene, cleanliness, and proper hygiene practices. • Make sure food quality and services are as per regulatory standards. • Monitor food usage to reduce waste and control costs.
