The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff involved in food preparation and service while ensuring compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and customer service expectations. ________________________________________ Language Requirement English ________________________________________ Education College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year or equivalent experience ________________________________________ Experience Experience in food service or restaurant operations is an asset. ________________________________________ Responsibilities and Duties • Establish methods to meet work schedules • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage • Prepare and submit reports • Establish work schedules ________________________________________ Who Can Apply You can apply if you are: • A Canadian citizen • A permanent resident of Canada • A temporary resident of Canada with a valid work permit Do not apply if you are not authorized to work in Canada.
