Gas Station Supervisor

Shell Gas Station Located at 828 Deloume Road, Mill Bay, BC, V0R 2P2 is looking for a Gas Station Supervisor The duties of the Gas Station Supervisor will be as follows 1. Order and sell merchandise 2. Establish work schedules 3. Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matter. 4. Authorize payments and the return of merchandise 5. Organize and maintain inventory 6. Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages 7. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of other staff 8. Supervise office and volunteer staff 9. Oversee payroll administration This is a permanent and full-time position. Wage being offered is $25.50 per hour Must be willing to work flexible hours. SKILLS REQUIRED: 1) Completion of secondary school is required 2) Completion of diploma or any college program in related field will be considered as an asset. 3) 1-2 years of related work experience is required 4) Good at English as the language at work is English.
