In Home Childcare Provider (NOC-44100)

Looking for In Home Childcare Provider (NOC-44100) who can provide care to our child on an ongoing basis. They are responsible for care, well-being, physical and social development of the child. Also, assist parents with childcare and may assist with other household duties. They will be providing care primarily at employer’s home. For our son aged 5yrs Job will be permanent: full time (30-35 hours per week) Pay rate: $20.00 per hour (Vacation pay, medical insurance until enrolled into BC Medical Service Plan and relocation cost will be covered by the employer). Job duties are listed below Supervise and care for a child in employer's or own residence Plan, prepare and serve meals for the child and may perform other housekeeping duties Oversee child's activities, such as meals and rest periods, as instructed by employer Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home Instruct the child in personal hygiene Tend to the emotional well-being of the child and support his social development Discipline the child according to the methods requested by the parents Organize and participate in activities such as games, crafts, reading and outings Take child to and from school and appointments May be required to keep records of daily activities and health information. Language: English Preference will be given to Canadian PR or Citizens Employment requirements Completion of secondary school may be required. Childcare or household management experience may be required. Demonstrated ability to perform work is usually required.
