We offer: • Wage: $67,000.00 annually • Hours per week: 30 hours per week • Vacancy: 1 Terms of employment: • Full time permanent position • Job start date: as soon as possible • Employment conditions: Day, Morning • Benefits: Group Insurance benefits, Other benefits • Work location: 18151 107 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T5S 1K4 Work setting: Maintenance; Repair Responsibilities and Duties: • Troubleshoot, detect, and repair irregularities and malfunctions in machinery, electrical systems, and industrial equipment. • Perform routine, preventive, and scheduled maintenance on all machinery, including mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, and keep accurate maintenance records. • Repair or replace defective machinery parts; fabricate parts as required during maintenance, overhaul, or setup. • Assemble, install, examine, and ensure proper operation of mechanical and stationary industrial machinery. • Install, examine, replace, or repair electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, lighting fixtures, and other electrical components. • Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics, electrical code specifications, and manufacturer manuals to determine installation, assembly, and work requirements. • Test equipment and components for continuity, current, voltage, and resistance; optimize, program, and upgrade systems as required. • Conduct daily inspections, monitor machinery, and ensure compliance with operational and quality standards. • Work closely with other technicians, in person or remotely, to troubleshoot production lines and complex equipment issues. • Train maintenance personnel and machine operators on proper operation, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting. • Prepare troubleshoot guides, work instructions, and other documentation for equipment and processes. • Manage critical inventory parts, ensuring all components are tracked in the maintenance software system. • Contribute to the development, improvement, and upgrading of both current and newly purchased machinery and systems. • Identify and implement improvements for machinery, processes, and systems. • Be flexible with work hours and shifts to accommodate production needs during troubleshooting or maintenance. • Perform other duties as requested.
