Tasks: Monitor staff performance Plan and organize daily operations Set staff work schedules Supervise staff Train staff Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures Conduct performance reviews Organize and maintain inventory Ensure health and safety regulations are followed Address customers’ complaints or concerns Provide customer service Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations Required skills: at least 3 years of relevant work experience Education Requirement: Minimum high school graduation Language required: English Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment Physically demanding Attention to detail Standing for extended periods Personal suitability Client focus Organized Team player You can apply if you are: a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident of Canada, a temporary resident of Canada with a valid work permit.
