Restaurant Manager

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager for our organization in Mississauga, Ontario. JOB DUTIES • Oversee and manage all daily restaurant operations, including planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating activities; • Create staff schedules and oversee employee performance; • Recruit staff and oversee staff training; • Manage inventory, track revenue, and adjust procedures and pricing as needed; • Address customer concerns and ensure compliance with health and safety standards; • Ensure food safety compliance at all times, including HACCP logs; • Ensure all KPIs are met and are being tracked and reported on a timely basis • Obtain any refunds from third-party service providers on a timely basis Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
