Job Description: Security Guard Supervisor Employer: APS SECURITY SOLUTIONS LTD Location: Unit – 203, 9288 120 Street, Surrey, BC, Canada, V3V 4B8 Salary: $27.00 hourly Hours: 35 hours per week Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time Start date: As soon as possible Vacancies: 1 Job Overview: Language Requirement: • English Education: • Completion of High School is required. Experience: • Minimum 1 year of experience is required. Requirement: • Security Licence is required. Responsibilities and Duties: • Supervise and guide security guards during shifts to ensure all duties are completed properly. • Prepare work schedules, assign work and coordinate tasks with the police or the emergency personnel to ensure smooth operations. • Resolve workplace issues and respond to operational concerns. • Maintain and submit daily logs, incident reports, and status records to management. • Training and hiring security guards and explaining the safety procedures. • Ensure cameras, radios, alarm systems, computers, and related equipment are functioning properly and arrange repairs when needed.
